Co-founder & Chief Automation Officer

Dustyn co-founded DnA Automation to replace the manual, time-consuming work that slows businesses down with reliable systems that just work. His guiding belief is simple: technology should make work easier for the people using it, not harder.

He builds what he sells. In a prior IT role he designed and deployed automations that connected Microsoft 365 to internal workflows, eliminated manual data re-entry across systems, and automated recurring service processes — cutting hours of repetitive work out of every week. Based in Meridian, Idaho, he's driven by one thing: making businesses run better, one workflow at a time.

Austin Sharp

Austin Sharp

Co-founder & Head of Strategy & Finance

Austin is a Boise State dual business graduate who brings the strategy and financial backbone to DnA Automation. His foundation spans entrepreneurship, statistics, and the people skills that turn a technical solution into a decision an owner actually feels good about.

That range comes from an unusually broad path — years as a data analyst finding the signal in the numbers, plus a background in carpentry and construction management that taught him how work really gets scoped, managed, and delivered. Outside of work he's a true outdoorsman, chasing deep powder in winter and surfing the coast come summer — ready for whatever challenge your business puts in front of him.

Where we came from

DnA started with a frustration we kept running into. Working with small businesses around the Boise area, we saw the same thing everywhere: capable people buried under busywork that software could easily handle. Leads going cold, the same data typed into three apps, owners doing paperwork long after everyone else went home.

The technology to fix it already existed — most small businesses just didn't have anyone to build it for them and stick around to keep it running. So we teamed up to be that someone: local, hands-on, and accountable for the results.
